Job description

1.Transaction Processing

o Process daily transactions, including patient billing, receipts, and payments.

o Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all transactions.

2. Accounts Receivable and Payable

o Assist in managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing.

o Reconcile patient accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.

3. Bank Reconciliation

o Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis to ensure accuracy in account records.

o Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

4. Data Entry and Record Keeping

o Accurately enter financial data into accounting records and maintain organized records.

o Prepare financial documents and reports as required by Senior Accountant.

5. Support with Payroll

o Assist with payroll preparation, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.

o Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll-related inquiries.

6. Financial Reporting and Compliance

o Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal review.

o Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards.

7. General Administrative Support

o Provide administrative support to the finance team, including handling correspondence and filing documents.

o Liaise with other departments to address finance-related queries.

o Assist Front desk in billing and resolving their queries

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with patients and staff.

Additional Requirements :

  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and insurance processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Qualifications : Bachelors or Master degree in accounting / commerce / economics or relevant experience in the field for minimum of 1 year
