We’re looking for a
Product Specialist
to sit at the intersection of product, customers, and AI. Your job is to make sure customers not only onboard successfully, but also
adopt and get real value
from our platform. You’ll configure our AI, insight reports, and craft prompts that unlock insights.
What you’ll do
Lead customer onboarding : configure datasets, platform, and workflows for fast time-to-value
Drive adoption : ensure customers use the product deeply and see measurable impact
Become an expert in
AI prompt engineering,
designing and refining prompts to deliver accurate, actionable insights
Partner with Customer Success and Product to translate customer needs into product improvements
Champion simplicity : make advanced AI features intuitive and useful for non-technical users
What we’re looking for
3–6 years in a
customer-facing product role
(Solutions, or Product Specialist) at a SaaS or AI-driven company
Hands-on experience with
AI tools and prompt engineering
(configuring LLMs, fine-tuning prompts, or similar applied AI work)
Background in
onboarding, adoption, or solution setup
and driving usage and measurable impact
Comfortable working with data and product configuration (no heavy coding required, but technical curiosity essential)
Bonus : Startup experience where you’ve worn multiple hats and moved fast to deliver customer value
