Java developer

Must Have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Product Development and Product Customization in all facets of the web and mobile application development life cycle, from requirement analysis, architecture, design, code, UAT and post-implementation revisions.
• Worked on latest Java version Java 17+, Framework- Spring Boot , Quarkus
• Have experience of AI / ML based solution with framework like Django, Fast API etc. Agentic AI will be an advantage
• Application development experience using Non-Structured (Mongo, Scylla, Datastore) and Structured databases (Postgres, My-SQL, MS SQL server, Oracle)
• Have working experience on Kafka, Rabbit-MQ etc
• Must have the working knowledge of Code Quality using tool like Sonar etc.
• Working knowledge of CICD pipelines.
• Should able to design Application Architecture, lead Architectural discussion across all Team with various departments, Fintech Partners
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Technical Expertise : Utilize your strong Core Java knowledge and expertise to review and guide the team in writing high-quality, efficient, and scalable Java code.
• Scope Definition : Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals.
• Experience with client-facing roles and managing customer expectations is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering complex Java projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong leadership skills and ability to self-manage
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
• Understanding of web development phases
