What Youll Do :

• Drive modernization projects upgrading applications to the latest stack (Java 21, Spring Boot 3.3+, Gradle, MongoDB, Kafka).
• Design and build scalable, high-performance, and reliable systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in threading, messaging, and data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, performance, and design.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What Were Looking For :

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in databases (MongoDB, DB2, Sybase, SQL).
• Solid grasp of algorithms, system design, and microservices.
• Familiarity with Kafka, IBM MQ, CI / CD, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Bonus : Experience with Python or financial systems.
