Business Analyst

Position : Business Analyst – Lending (Banking Domain)Experience : 5+ YearsLocation : MumbaiCompany : AQM Technologies Pvt. Ltd.Education : BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent qualification.About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Loans domain , particularly in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) . The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of retail and corporate lending processes, business requirements gathering, and end-to-end functional testing within the banking ecosystem.Key Responsibilities : Interact with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and process flow documents for lending systems (LOS / LMS).Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.Support UAT and assist in validation of business processes and functionalities.Identify process gaps and propose effective solutions or system enhancements.Perform data and functional analysis for lending-related modules (retail / corporate).Ensure compliance with banking standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.Required Skills & Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain .Strong knowledge of Loan Origination and Loan Management systems.Good understanding of lending lifecycle – application, sanction, disbursement, servicing, and closure.Experience in preparing requirement documentation and managing UAT cycles .Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Experience with core banking or digital lending platforms will be an added advantage.
