Job description

Experience : 3 to 12 months (relevant experience)

Responsibilities :

As a Business Development Associate, you will be integral to our B2B sales efforts, working diligently to contribute to the success of our business. Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Identify and generate leads through various sources, including LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and other relevant platforms. - Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information. - Prepare compelling presentations and detailed reports tailored to the requirements of potential customers. - Assist in the creation of sales proposals and other sales-related documents. - Actively pitch and promote our company’s products and services to potential clients. - Represent our company at various events, meetings, and in different business environments, effectively communicating our value proposition. - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and customer engagement. - Provide administrative support to the team as needed. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. - Analyze data to provide insights that can inform sales strategies and decision-making. - Proactively seek feedback and be open to learning and improving sales techniques. - Stay updated on industry developments and continuously strive to enhance your knowledge and skills in sales.

Requirements :

  • Experience with generating leads from different sources such as LinkedIn and Crunchbase. - Experience with preparing presentations and reports as per the requirements to close customer deals. - Experience pitching and promoting the company and representing it in different diasporas. - Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish long-term partnerships. - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in sales or a related domain. - Familiarity with B2B business operations and strategies. - Experience in the EdTech industry is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Detail-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
  • Salary

    10,000-₹12,000 per month with Bonus upto 20% as per the closing
