These facilities are designed to promote balanced regional development and stimulate local economies.

What you'll do :

• Support the Manager (O&M) in overseeing the operations and maintenance of Mechanical (Lifts & HVAC), Electrical , and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) functions.
• Act as a technical point of contact , managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless facility performance for tenants and stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making processes, driving operational efficiency and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to maintain safety, compliance, and reliability of all systems.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director / Management , ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Experience :

Engineering professional (Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical / EEE / E&C) with 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) functions. Skilled in managing lifts, HVAC systems, electrical installations, and building automation to ensure seamless facility performance. Strong communicator in English and Tamil, adept at collaborating with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain high-quality operations.
