Lead Staff Nurse Dialysis

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team in delivering dialysis treatments and patient care.
• Ensure strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards.
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis procedures.
• Assist doctors and dialysis technicians during emergencies and specialized cases.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and clinical reports as per guidelines.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate junior nursing staff to ensure consistent performance.
• Manage and maintain adequate stock of medical and dialysis supplies.
• Coordinate with clinical, technical, and administrative teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with NABH and organizational quality standards.
• Foster a patient-centric, empathetic, and professional environment within the clinic.
