Minimum experience : Freshers (Having 2-6months of any experience can apply), preferably in USA environment.
Shift : Saturday to Friday Night shift, weekly 5 days with 2-week offs (Saturday and Sunday included)
Education requirement : Graduate / postgraduates only
Skill : Good English Written and Verbal communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Requires strong analytical skill to review issues, analyze information and tools, provide the
- details, and perform follow-up as and when required.
- Requires the ability to use the right template accurately, document the issue and update the customer records and category.
- Requires strong written communication skills to respond to customer.
- The Email backend representative is expected to handle store-based, employee-based,
- and digital coupon-based issues.
- Primary responsibilities include understanding the cases, providing support to ensure positive customer experience.
- The specialist must demonstrate strong attention to details. Must also demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and apply the right methods of resolution.
