Job Description

The VP - Design will be responsible for the following :

• Lead end-to-end design management for office fit-out projects - from client brief and conceptualisation to detailed design, execution, and final handover.
• Oversee and mentor in-house design teams and external consultants to ensure timely delivery and adherence to design standards.
• Collaborate closely with project management, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless translation of design into build.
• Work directly with clients to understand brand and functional requirements, translating them into innovative and practical workspace solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends in workplace design, sustainability, technology integration, and user-centric spaces.
• Ensure all projects align with timelines, budgets, regulatory codes, and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have the following :

• 12+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on commercial office fit-outs.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle within a D&B firm.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, material selection, space planning, and ergonomics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
