Job descriptionMinimum of 6 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of leading design projects. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Strong analytical skills and experience with usability testing and user research techniques. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders. Experience in mentoring and leading design teams is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the design process.
- Advocate for the user by promoting user-centered design principles across the organization.
