Role Overview
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes across multiple business units. The role involves campus hiring, bulk hiring for manufacturing units, and recruitment for corporate / support functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates using job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, consultancies, and campus drives.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, evaluate fitment, and schedule interviews.
- Conduct walk-ins & campus hiring for QA, QC, Production, Stores, Logistics, and other operational roles.
- Manage recruitment databases and maintain candidate records.
- Coordinate selection, offer roll-out, salary negotiation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain relationships with placement cells, training institutes, and consultancies.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and MIS.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction experience for new hires.
- Support HR team in employee engagement and HR operational tasks as required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good understanding of recruitment channels and sourcing strategies.Ability to manage high-volume and time-sensitive hiring.Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Should be proactive, organized, and able to work independently.Familiarity with manufacturing / production sector hiring will be an added advantage.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in manufacturing / FMCG / pharma industry).Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in HR can also apply.
