Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient order processing. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing teams to implement campaigns. The role also involves optimizing product listings, maintaining inventory accuracy, and liaising with stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with the ability to drive online revenue and optimize platforms
Proficiency in Marketing strategies, including campaign planning and execution
Analytical skills to assess and interpret data for informed decision-making
Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Leadership qualities and prior experience in e-commerce operations or management roles are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
