Business Development Manager (Asia)

Job descriptionBuild and manage relationships with shipping companies and maritime stakeholders Understand customer pain points and communicate HiLo's value proposition Support demos, proposals, and onboarding of new clients Collaborate with the global team to shape the regional growth strategy Attend industry events and represent HiLo across Asia Essential : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the maritime industry (e.g. sailing, technical management, fleet ops, safety / compliance) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel across Asia Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely Passionate about improving maritime safety through data and technology Opportunity to transition into a commercial role while leveraging your maritime expertise Be part of a purpose-driven and fast-growing company Flexible remote work setup (India-based) Dynamic, international team Room to grow with global exposure

The Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to drive customer growth across Asia. You'll be the face of HiLo in the region, engaging with potential clients, understanding their safety challenges, and showing how HiLo can help.
Note : Prior business development experience is not required but a significant advantage . However, maritime experience is essential . We are looking for someone who understands the industry and is ready to grow into a commercial role.
