Job Purpose :
Responsible for improving RB KPIs (# customers, activation, engagement, cross-sell, groups
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for improving RB KPIs (# customers, activation, engagement, cross-sell, groups
- Responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience at all touchpoints by coordinating with various stakeholders
- Understanding data and driving initiatives for performance improvement-
- Design and operationalise the Engagement plan for affluent customers
- Driving Relationship Banking campaigns
- Responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience at all touchpoints by coordinating with various stakeholders
- To drive premium servicing and quick resolution for all Program customers (IND + Non IND)
- Collaborate with Optimus team to create premium in-app experience, with HPE / Ops / IT teams to drive program branding in all communication) as well as setting up on-ground processes for customer onboarding and availing of benefits
- Coordination with SFDC for process builds or workbench changes
- Coordination with channel teams for RM led processes
Education Qualification
Graduate : Any / Maths Graduate

2-5 years of work experience
