Job Description

We are hiring a   Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA)   for   Hotel EllBee Ganga View, Rishikesh . The role involves ensuring guest rooms, corridors, and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas as per hotel standards.

Replenish guest amenities, towels, and linen.

Report maintenance issues or inventory shortages immediately.

Handle lost and found items responsibly.

Coordinate with Front Office and Laundry teams for room readiness.

Ensure cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely.

Respond courteously to guest requests and assist with service requirements.

Maintain cleanliness records and follow all hygiene and safety protocols.

Requirements

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in hotel housekeeping (preferably in 3-star or 4-star properties).

Good communication and guest-handling skills.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Prior experience at branded hotels preferred.
