We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR functions, recruitment, operations, and payroll processes.

Key Points :

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee HR operations including employee records, payroll, and compliance.

Develop performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure legal compliance and handle employee grievances.

Design and update company policies in line with industry standards.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Manage employee lifecycle processes from joining to exit.

Foster a positive work culture and employee relations.

Bachelor’s Degree with an MBA in HR.

Minimum 12 years of experience in HR Functions, Recruitment, HR Operations & Payroll.

Knowledge of labor laws, payroll software, and HRMS tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle a team of 3-5 members.

Experience in Manufacturing, Chemical, or Trading industries will be preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of less than 15 days are preferred
