US Accountant / Accounting Expert

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP).
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Utilize and maintain accounting records efficiently within QuickBooks and / or Zoho Books.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant US tax laws and financial regulations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare various financial reports for internal stakeholders and external audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, project management) to ensure accurate financial data capture and reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and internal Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Expertise in using QuickBooks and / or Zoho Books for comprehensive accounting functions.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
• Solid experience with various financial management software.
• Strong knowledge of US tax laws and regulations relevant to businesses.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
