Job description

Business Analyst with extensive experience of 6-10 years in big projects. Experience of robotics / industrial machinery / mobility business projects is preferred.

Product Roadmap

Create a detailed product roadmap outlining the specific feature requirements, manufacturing timeline, and milestones to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements Elicitation and Analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather information about current processes and desired outcomes.

Documentation

Create detailed and clear documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.

Ensure that documentation is accessible and understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management

Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, cost constraints, and quality standards. Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adjust project plans as necessary to meet deadlines.

Data Analysis

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making.

Analyze and interpret data to provide insights into business performance.

Process Modeling

Document current and future state processes using tools such as flowcharts or process maps.

Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Communication

Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding between both parties.

Communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users, to ensure successful project delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and scope.

Problem Solving

Investigate and analyze issues, defects, or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.

Propose and implement solutions to address identified problems.

Others

Excellent in communication, documentation and time management skill

The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment

Be proactive and not afraid of new challenges
