Your Role

• Monitor Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) platforms and online portals to ensure compliance, security, and optimal performance.
• Analyze data and trends to detect anomalies and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Generate regular reports on monitoring activities, findings, and corrective actions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital monitoring and cybersecurity.
• Recommend enhancements to digital monitoring processes and tools.
