• Good understanding in software testing and can connect the dots between business and technical requirements to design a test
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Can drive quality assurance topics (such as QA process and Test Plans) within the project
• Good in communication and can work in a project with both IT and business colleagues
• Good logical / critical thinking
• Good to Have
• Experience in Salesforce Sales Planning and Territory Planning modules
• Experience in Salesforce CRMA Dashboards
• Experience in CRM / ERP (or anything similar) Migration Project
