Senior UI / UX Designer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design Execution : Own the end-to-end design process for new features and enhancements on the VMock platform, from concept to final delivery.
• User Research : Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and improve experiences.
• Concept & Wireframing : Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
• Visual Design : Deliver pixel-perfect, consistent, and visually engaging UI across web and mobile platforms.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.
• Design System Contribution : Maintain and evolve design components to ensure consistency across all digital products.
• AI-Powered Design : Leverage modern AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Figma Make, Uizard, Miro, and Image generation tools) to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity.
• Data-Driven Iteration : Use analytics and feedback to iterate on designs for better usability and performance.
• Design QA : Collaborate with engineering during implementation to ensure usability standards are met and resolve design-related issues.
• Advocacy : Promote user-centered design principles within cross-functional teams.
