Position Overview :

We are looking for a Shift Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cold storage warehouse during designated shifts. This role is crucial in managing a team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimizing processes to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

👥 Team Leadership :

  • Supervise and guide a team of warehouse personnel during assigned shifts.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative work culture.
  • Conduct team meetings to share goals, performance updates, and key announcements.

🏭 Operational Oversight :

  • Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of temperature-sensitive products.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory controls to prevent losses.

    • ✅ Quality Assurance :

  • Ensure proper product handling and storage.
  • Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with QA teams on corrective actions.

    • ⚙️ Process Optimization :

  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Work with Operations Management to streamline workflows and adopt best practices.

    • 📢 Communication & Reporting :

  • Coordinate with logistics, maintenance, and admin teams.
  • Provide regular shift reports on operations, challenges, and achievements.

    • 🚨 Emergency Response :

  • Serve as the key point of contact during emergencies impacting warehouse operations.

    • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management , or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in cold storage environments.
  • Experience with inventory management systems .
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends .
