Operations executive (it)

Responsibilities

Understand tasks and problems, then either complete them or delegate to the right person and track until done

Attend all department meetings with the CEO, write clear minutes (decisions + action items + owners + deadlines)

Coordinate with each department after meetings to ensure action items are completed

Handle CEO’s day-to-day work : follow-ups, reminders, ongoing task execution

Proactively start work and take initiative instead of waiting for instructions

Focus on solving problems and unblocking work, not creating confusion or extra issues

Maintain simple trackers (Sheets / Notion) for tasks, status, and deadlines

Handle basic IT tasks : email setup, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, CRM and other tools access

Do first-level troubleshooting for laptops, internet, basic software issues and coordinate with external IT / developer if needed

Keep logins, access rights, and basic backups organised and updated

Basic requirements

Strong ownership and follow-up

Good communication and coordination skills

Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs and common online tools

Basic IT understanding (systems, software, internet, logins)

Organized, disciplined, and proactive attitude
