Development Trainer located in Tilak Nagar at the Boston Institute of Analytics. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on presentation skills, training & development, life skills, communication, and soft skills to help individuals enhance their professional abilities.

Qualifications

Strong Presentation Skills and Communication abilities

Training & Development expertise

Must know about Resume ATS scores and how to improve the same

Proficiency in teaching Life Skills and Soft Skills

Experience in designing and delivering training programs

Ability to tailor training sessions to individual needs

Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy

Relevant certifications in training or coaching are a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
