Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship initiatives. This role involves overseeing the CRM system, optimizing customer engagement strategies, analyzing data to drive insights, and managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a customer-first approach, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive loyalty, retention, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the CRM platform to ensure data accuracy, segmentation, and efficient workflow automation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a customer relations team to deliver outstanding service and support.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize the customer journey.
- Develop targeted campaigns for customer segmentation and lifecycle management.
- Monitor key CRM performance metrics and generate periodic reports for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security & Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Proven experience in CRM management or customer engagement roles.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales enablement, customer segmentation, and project management.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
