Job descriptionAbility to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources Knowledge of procurement processes for solar equipment Experience with contractor and vendor coordination Establish project set up and manpower resources for execution of the awarded work Understanding of safety standards and procedures in solar installation Familiarity with environmental impact assessments and risk mitigation Knowledge of state and national renewable energy laws and policies Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Adaptability to changing project requirements and environments Leadership skills for managing teams and stakeholders Willingness to work in challenging outdoor conditions Strong physical fitness for field visits and installations
Relevant Experience :
Experience in solar project design, execution, and maintenance
Knowledge of system installation and grid integration
Familiar with government policies, subsidies, and compliance regulations in solar energy
Minimum 3 to 4 Experience with large-scale solar project execution
Qualifications :
Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Renewable Energy
Responsibilities : Technical Skills :
- Understanding of energy generation, power conversion, and storage systems
- Hands-on experience with solar inverters, panels, and related equipment
