Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager with over 15 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects and teams within the banking or financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Java and PL / SQL, combined with proven leadership in delivering enterprise applications. You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, resource planning, client communication, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliveries.

Job Responsibilities :

• 15+ years of experience in IT delivery / project management, especially in the BFSI or enterprise software domain.
• Strong background in Java, PL / SQL, and enterprise application architectures.
• Proven experience in handling large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Deep understanding of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.) and methodologies.
• Exceptional client-handling, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Lead the successful delivery of multiple, complex IT projects for BFSI clients from initiation to closure.

• Coordinate project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders to track expectations, address issues, and align objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
• Ensure technical quality, security, and compliance with banking standards.
• Oversee resource allocation, team performance, and project escalations.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Mentor project managers, leads, and team members to enhance delivery capability.
