Role

We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join our core tech team.

You will troubleshoot issues, support customers, and ensure smooth operation of our telephony and automation platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot issues related to SIP, VoIP, call routing, and Linux environments
• Configure DIDs, SIP trunks, IVRs, routing logic, and system setups
• Monitor server performance, logs, and overall system health
• Provide customer-facing technical support via calls, WhatsApp, and remote tools
• Document issues, solutions, and system improvements
• Coordinate with internal teams for deployments & enhancements
