Back End Developer

We’re Hiring — Backend Developer (2–3 Years Experience)

⚙️ What You’ll Build

Scalable backend infrastructure to power Colca’s autonomous SDR workflows.

Fast and secure REST APIs for internal and external use.

Real-time data pipelines for lead research, campaign tracking, and analytics.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience in backend development (Python).

Knowledge of PostgreSQL / MongoDB, and API design principles.

Understanding of authentication, rate-limiting, caching, and scalability.

Bonus : Experience working in SaaS / B2B automation products.
