Role- AMS Junior Developer

Location- Mumbai

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Required Skills & Experience :

• Provide L2 / L3 support for application incidents and service requests.
• Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and code deployments.
• Collaborate with functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge base.
• experience in application support or development.
• Proficiency in Java / .NET or relevant technologies.
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
