Job descriptionBachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Communications, Electronics, Optoelectronics). Fluent in English as a working language (mandatory). 5-10 years of experience in quality management, skilled in using tools like 8D, 5WHY, and the seven basic quality tools. Six Sigma familiarity is a plus. Strong communication, logical thinking, and planning skills with a proactive, self-motivated attitude. A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and willing to travel overseas. Prefer ONT / OTT industry background.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and enhance the quality control systems and processes of overseas contract factories.
- Drive continuous improvement at factories by leading root cause analysis for key issues, conducting regular quality reviews, and managing new factory evaluations.
- Lead on-site client and new supplier audits, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions and effective communication.
- Participate in the New Product Introduction (NPI) process by reviewing trial productions, validating R&D quality, and developing inspection standards.
- Manage all CKD / SKD customer and factory complaints, driving closed-loop resolutions and handling after-sales quality issues (defects, rework, etc.).
- Translate quality-related documents and perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience with networking (Netcom) and projector products is preferred.
