Field Service Engineer

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Overall responsibility for on-site service job execution and completion with satisfaction to customer.
• Troubleshooting & Repairing of Valves & Actuators and allied Instruments at site.
• Perform Annual Maintenance Contract as per customer requirement.
• Identify KOB-3 Business opportunity during the site visit.
• Ensure executing services in accordance with Emerson Standard procedures and operations are carried out within time schedule.
• Prepare detailed site visit report / MOM and arrange signed off from customer after completion of each job.
• Perform RCCM at site in case of failure & report to Service Manager.
• Promptly respond to customers queries and complaints bringing up when necessary and ensuring that corrective action is taken by own organization and by customer organization.
• Ensure Emerson Quality Management System and Procedures / Work Instructions are followed and standards are maintained.
• Provide technical assistance and support to internal customers like Project Engineering Team Order Management Team Sales and Marketing Team Manufacturing and Operations Team on demand basis.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge on new services and product offered by Emerson Control Valves Division (FCV).
