Location : Bhubaneswar & Cuttack

Experience : Minimum 3+ years (Only from Dairy Industry)

Package : ₹3.60 LPA – ₹8.00 LPA

We’re on a mission to deliver pure, unadulterated dairy goodness — and we’re expanding our distributor and retail network across Bhubaneswar & Cuttack.

Role & Responsibilities :

Onboard new distributors and retailers in the assigned territory.

Manage and motivate the daily sales team for target achievement.

Ensure daily market visits, sampling, and brand visibility.

Maintain strong relationships with partners and monitor performance.

Regular reporting to management with sales data and insights

Requirements :

Must have minimum 3 years of experience in the Dairy / FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of local market (Bhubaneswar / Cuttack).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage field operations and distributor relations.

Candidates without Dairy Industry experience will not be considered.
