Role Overview :
Neo Group is seeking an experienced Retention Manager to lead and scale our user retention
strategy. In this role, you will design targeted initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty, reduce churn,
and elevate engagement across the Neo ecosystem. If you excel at building data-driven retention
programs, automating lifecycle journeys, and understanding investor behavior in the Indian capital
markets, this opportunity gives you the runway to build a best-in-class retention engine.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Retention Strategy & Execution
- Architect end-to-end user journeys to reduce funnel drop-offs and improve lifecycle engagement.
- Define segmentation, campaign logic, and KPIs such as churn rate, repeat engagement, and LTV.
- Drive retention, re-engagement, and loyalty programs, continuously iterating based on insights and performance.
2. Notification & Communication Management
Manage push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and SMS to deliver personalized and compliant investor communication.Conduct A / B tests to optimize messaging, content, and delivery for higher engagement andsatisfaction.
3. Marketing Automation & Tools
Use platforms like CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar for segmentation, lifecycle automation, andpredictive analytics.
Ensure clean, reliable datasets and maintain smooth integrations with CRM and marketing systems.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to executedata-backed retention strategies.
Work with partners such as Gupshup and Netcore to ensure robust delivery infrastructure.Mentor junior team members and champion retention best practices across the organization.What You’ll Need :
Bachelor’s degree with 3–6 years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing — preferablyin fintech; strong preference for broking experience.
Hands-on expertise with tools like CleverTap or MoEngage.Strong analytical skills (SQL, Excel) and comfort working with data to drive decisions.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.Ability to independently lead the retention function end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.What You Can Expect at Neo :
