Client Servicing Executive

Responsibilities :

• Custodian for the brand, its scope and deliverables
• Point of contact for the clients
• Understand clients' campaign briefs
• Clearly understand the scope of work
• Plan and manage campaigns effectively
• Align the team towards the brand's goals
• Remove blockers in the team's execution
• Execute projects in a timely fashion
• Report monthly account performance
• Listen to client feedback on the quality of work and areas of improvement regularly
• Identify new opportunities in the existing clients to grow the account
