🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead franchise expansion and partner-led growth in Mumbai. This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years of experience in franchise sales, channel development, and consultative outreach—especially those with backgrounds in medical representation, real estate or insurance sales who understand field discipline and stakeholder trust.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive franchise acquisition and onboarding across Mumbai and surrounding regions
  • Identify, engage, and activate strategic partners including Chartered Accountants, financial planners, tax consultants, and HNI advisors
  • Build and manage a partner-led sales funnel—from lead generation to closure
  • Conduct outreach campaigns, roadshows, and one-on-one presentations with warmth and clarity
  • Collaborate with onboarding and legal teams to ensure smooth partner activation
  • Track performance metrics, partner ROI, and territory growth
  • Represent Gomini at professional forums, expos, and consultant networks
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams for persona-specific customization

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years in channel development, or partner-led B2C sales
  • Experience in medical representative, real estate or insurance sales roles with strong field discipline
  • Proven ability to build trust with HNIs, financial professionals, and consultant networks
  • Consultative selling mindset with a knack for simplifying tech solutions
  • Strong follow-up skills, operational discipline, and emotional intelligence
  • Fluent in Marathi and English; Hindi is a plus
  • Familiarity with Mumbai’s professional and financial ecosystem is highly desirable
