Operation ExecutivesDuties & Responsibilities

• Client Management : Gather travel details from clients, understand their needs, and design customized itineraries based on budget and preferences.
• Booking and Coordination : Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel components through various booking platforms, negotiating rates with vendors where possible.
• Itinerary Development : Create detailed itineraries with travel dates, accommodation information, transportation schedules, and planned activities.
• Vendor Management : Maintain relationships with travel suppliers like airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Budget Monitoring : Track travel expenses, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Issue Resolution : Address any travel disruptions, emergencies, or client concerns promptly and effectively.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to company travel policies, visa requirements, and local regulations.
• Reporting : Generate travel reports summarizing expenses, trip details, and key metrics. Required Skills and Qualifications :
