Job description5-8 years of experience with multi-asset classes, performance, attribution, and 2-3 years' experience managing large or global teams. Experience with "follow the sun" model for global client support. Ability to work in a hybrid setup with more RTO than WFH. Capable of working independently and collaboratively
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Has strong experience in handing teams of size 4-8.
Very good foundation on fixed income / Equity or other capital market instruments.
Strong hands on experience in research or analysis related to performance of financial instruments using performance attribution models.
Had strong foundations on Risk management with respect to market risk etc.
Eligibility Criteria – Skills Required
- Preferred : MBA with certifications like CFA / FRM would be
an added advantage.
