Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. They will also handle job postings, coordinate with department managers to define hiring needs, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. The HR Recruiter will manage candidate databases, conduct reference checks, and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.

• Knowledge of employment laws and company policies

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is a plus
