Sales & Owner-Operator Recruiter (Night Shift – U.S. Logistics)

Shift : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM (Mon–Fri)

We are expanding our U.S. Owner-Operator onboarding team and looking for high-performance Sales / Recruitment Executives who can confidently speak with American truck drivers, build relationships, and close sign-ups.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Call U.S. Owner Operators (semi-truck drivers) and pitch our dispatch & MC onboarding services
• Generate leads, follow up aggressively, and close conversions
• Maintain CRM, call logs, and pipeline tracking
• Build trust, answer questions, and explain payouts, lanes, equipment requirements, etc.
• Work closely with the Operations / Dispatch team
• Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets
• Maintain professionalism and U.S.-style communication on calls
