Job descriptionPlan, organize, direct, and manage day-to-day operations to ensure optimal production efficiency and exceed customer expectations. Supervising the Daily Production Plan - its planning and its execution. Direct supervising of the floor managers - Production Line, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Budget Management : Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting operational costs, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities. Controlling expenditure and managing capital requirements within a set budgets Continuous Improvement : Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in production processes, quality control, and operational efficiency. Managing the performance of the team Stakeholder Communication : Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including upper management and external partners, to align operational objectives with strategic goals. Maintaining inventory levels and controlling the flow of products Safety Compliance : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a culture of safety among all employees. Requirements and skills : Background / Profession / Experience Past experience as Manager / Plant Head / Operations Head in a defense / aerospace manufacturing company. Project Management : Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
