We are seeking a proactive Onboarding Specialist for the US staffing process to manage day-to-day HR documentation, employee onboarding, and compliance processes. This role will be key in ensuring a smooth experience for new hires, consultants, and client engagements while maintaining accurate and timely records.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and issue offer letters for selected candidates.
• Manage the onboarding process—document collection, verification, and induction support.
• Prepare and maintain compliance documents such as W-4s, I-9s, and onboarding checklists.
• Conduct and coordinate background checks and reference checks for placed candidates.
• Maintain up-to-date employee and consultant records in HR systems.
• Provide HR support to employees regarding policies, documentation, and general queries.
• Collaborate with recruiters, managers, and consultants to ensure a seamless HR process.
