Role Overview
We’re looking for a Partnerships & Sponsorship Executive to drive collaborations, sponsorship deals, and brand partnerships for BFC events and IPs. This role requires relationship-building, pitching, and revenue-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential brand partners, sponsors, and collaboration opportunities.
Pitch BFC events, formats, and audience value propositions.
Handle outreach, follow-ups, and negotiation.
Maintain a pipeline of leads, proposals, and ongoing discussions.
Coordinate sponsor deliverables with internal teams (design, programming, ops).
Manage sponsorship execution during events.
Maintain strong partner relationships and explore repeat collaborations.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in partnerships, sales, sponsorships, or BD.
Must be a Mumbai resident.
Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders, founders, and brands.
