About the role :

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager to join our Commerce Team and play a critical role in scaling our e-commerce business across platforms like Amazon Flipkart and our own Fitelo is a high-impact cross-functional role that requires strong analytical abilities comfort with automation tools and a passion for e-commerce. You will work closely with marketing product and operations teams to drive growth and efficiency through process automation performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.

Specifically this role will involve :

• E-commerce Operations : Own day-to-day execution for marketplace platforms (Amazon Flipkart etc.) ensuring smooth operations and timely campaign execution.
• Automation & Tools : Build and manage workflows using n8n or similar automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Analytics & Reporting : Create dashboards and run detailed analysis using Excel / Google Sheets to monitor KPIs campaign performance and business health.
• Performance Marketing Support : Collaborate with marketing teams to execute and optimize paid campaigns for commerce platforms focusing on ROI and growth.
• Cross-functional Program Management : Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives resolve blockers and maintain alignment with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify gaps in processes propose solutions and drive adoption of best practices.
