Cluster Lead Responsibilities
- Drive overall business performance for the assigned cluster, ensuring revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers, Account Managers, and Channel Partners to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth, focusing on new customer acquisition and wallet share expansion among existing customers.
- Ensure implementation of TTBSs go-to-market strategy, aligning with organizational priorities and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations) to ensure seamless execution and customer experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights for cluster-level decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers and channel partners.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and Tata values across all operations.
- Represent the TTBS brand in the regional market, fostering trust and long-term partnerships with clients.
Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate degree (MBA preferred) with 8 to 12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Cluster / Regional Leadership roles in Telecom, ICT, or related industries.Proven track record of managing P&L, achieving sales targets, and leading high-performing teams.Strong understanding of telecom, digital connectivity, and ICT solutions (Connectivity, Cloud, Collaboration, IoT, Security, etc.).Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with strategic foresight and operational excellence.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering value-driven digital solutions.(ref : iimjobs.com)
