Role Overview
We are seeking a refined, proactive, and customer-centric professional to join our Delhi office as a Customer Service Representative .
This role requires someone who understands luxury service etiquette, communicates gracefully, and can handle global customers with poise and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
β¨ Handle customer communication across Instagram, WhatsApp, phone & email
β¨ Manage domestic & international orders, shipping coordination, returns / exchanges
β¨ Liaise with warehouse & logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment
β¨ Maintain CRM & order systems with accuracy and attention to detail
β¨ Deliver a warm, premium, solution-oriented experience to every customer
β¨ Assist with marketplace queries (Amazon / Flipkart β preferred experience)
About You
β Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
β Prior experience in customer service (luxury / retail / fashion preferred)
β Social media messaging & e-commerce customer support experience
β Strong follow-up & coordination skills
β Calm, polished, customer-first approach
β Tech-savvy with basic CRM / order management knowledge
