Associate VP, Technology & Business Alignment

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to Partner with Function Heads and senior stakeholders across multiple RMZ entities to identify collaboration opportunities and improve business through technology solutions. Build strong relationships with CXOs and Function Heads to understand business challenges, focus areas, and growth drivers, translating them into key technology initiatives. Collaborate to define technology roadmaps and project deliverables, interpret end-user requirements into system specifications, lead solution design, and manage end-to-end project delivery to ensure impactful business outcomes with quality, timeliness, and accuracy.

o Requirements discovery, user story writing, backlog grooming, and prioritization.

o Ideation, solutioning, and translating business needs into product features and roadmaps.

o Planning and coordinating mid-to-large initiatives, dependency management, and basic risk / issue tracking.

o Hands-on configuration, UAT planning, test case review, and go-live readiness.

o Strong Excel and MS Office usage for analysis, business cases, and reporting.

o Turning raw data into dashboards and narratives (Power BI / Tableau / other BI).

o Clear written and verbal communication, including C-level presentations.

o Ability to influence senior stakeholders using data and structured arguments.
