Software Engineering Team Lead

About the Role :

We are an ambitious innovative SaaS data platform building AI technology for Channel Data Management (CDM), Insurance and Sports & Media technology solutions. We seek a Lead Software Engineer with full stack expertise to drive the development of scalable, secure, and high-quality products in our Channel Data Management (CDM) vertical. The candidate will lead a skilled engineering team, translating business requirements into innovative AI software solutions that will provide our customers and their channel partners with insights and granularity that would not be possible without a deep understanding of AI infrastructure and operationalizing AI to yield amazing outcomes for our customers..

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of 5–6 engineers (2–4 years of experience), fostering technical excellence and teamwork.
• Architect, develop, and maintain full stack SaaS applications with a focus on CDM workflows, data integration, and automation.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to deliver features that enhance partner data visibility and accuracy.
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of cloud-native applications in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
• Drive code reviews, best practices, and continuous integration / deployment to maintain code quality.
• Influence technical strategy around data ingestion, transformation, APIs, and UI / UX efficiencies.
• Promote a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
