Tech Lead (Hands-on) – Educase | Hyderabad (Onsite / Hybrid)

We’re not looking for just another manager. We want a builder—a hands-on Tech Lead ready to code, mentor, innovate, and drive the future of school tech in India.

50%+ hands-on coding (Node.js, React.js, React Native)

Architect scalable solutions and manage seamless product migration

Lead Agile processes—minimize spillovers, set & track KRAs

Deliver a 3-month tech roadmap in your first 15 days!

What you bring :

2+ years coding experience (Node.js / React.js a must)

Strong leadership in building / scaling teams

Startup energy, problem-solving, and a drive for quality

Experience with automation, AI tools, and cloud deployments
